At ByEnhancewell, we strive to provide high-quality natural products to our customers. We stand behind our products and take pride in their effectiveness. We understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. (i.e., damaged during shipping)

Please note that we do not accept returns on our products unless the product is unused and unopened.

ByEnhancewell will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Original outbound shipping cost and returns shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. Free shipping is for a completed sale only. Once product is returned to warehouse, and passes inspection, a prompt refund will be issued for the product purchase.

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to assist you with the return/replacement process.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund or issue a replacement within 5-7 business days.

Please note that our ByEnhancewell products of 1 case (48) pieces or more are made-to-order, and therefore we require a lead time of 2-4 weeks from the time of purchase to have labels printed and products manufactured. This is necessary to ensure that we can deliver the freshest and highest-quality products to you.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we will ship it via USPS Priority mail. This shipping method ensures that your order will arrive quickly and safely to your doorstep.
